
What do emotions and health have to do with eachother? A lot. Our emotions are such a crucial element of our habits. We adapt to certain patterns in order to protect ourselves from our feelings. Especially food can become one of these ways of "avoiding" what is really going on.
For us to truly change our ways, we need to incorporate our emotional patterns. If not, changing eating habits will always be a struggle.
We cannot "just" dive right in. It is a process to unravel our habits as they relate to our emotions. Therefore Path for Life is a process. A process of seeing, learning, listening, and relating to our emotions. Taking one step at a time for change, we can feel safe exploring what is holding us back from living our full healthy potential.
Food and mood is tightly related. During the program you will learn how food affects your emotions. We never do know what comes first. "The chicken or the egg" so to speak. The emotion or the food choice. We deal with both and you learn how to make different choices that support your mood, emotions, and energy. We teach you how you can change feelings of depression with new food and life-style choices.
