Emotional Healing

Body-Centered Emotional Healing

All you need is love, love, love…

Fear, anger, sadness, depression all seem to be part of our lives these days. How can we break through to break free? How can we come back to ourselves. The way we are supposed to be in our natural being. Where we can live in and with joy, sense of freedom from worry and life exhaustion. How can we change our relationship to our suffering and come into a compassionate relationship to ourselves and others? In the stressful world today we live in separateness from self and others and in our effort to survive we abandon of ourselves.

So much memory, emotion, and trauma are stored in the tissues.  As we heal, the information that has been bound up in these congested, stagnated, and spasm-locked tissues gets released.  When that happens, they come into consciousness and must be processed.  We do that by bringing awareness and compassion to those wounded aspects of self that suddenly emerge as feelings sates, memory, and, often, intense emotions.  We give those aspects of self (fragments of being) the opportunity to speak their truth, and in the process bring awareness, love, and understanding to those parts of us that, in the past, were denied, rejected, and repressed.  The consequence of such work is to integrate not only these formerly wounded aspects of self, but all the talents, abilities, and wisdom that lies within them, as well.

In the wholeness of who we are as human beings we must come into a process of reconnecting to ourselves from a place of love and compassion. To come into right relationship with our truth and from there we change how we care for ourselves and live the life we long to live.

Body-Centered Emotional Healing is a heart-centered supportive counseling method developed by Tom Monte, Compassionate Integration Counseling. This method of connective emotional coaching and counseling is a deeply effective emotional, spiritual, and intuitive way to heal the wholeness of the physical, spiritual, and emotional body.
