Change the Habits that keep you Stuck

There are many different ways we can help you shift your habits. Behavioral modifications is often what we call it, but really we need a shift in perspective.

Based on Ericksonian Hypnotherapy you can access your inner resources to help you overcome the struggles and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in old habits and thought-patterns. Hypnotherapy is a trance state that allows you to access your inner wisdom and resources so that you can let your conscious mind take a “rest” from the negative self talk and let the unconscious mind connect you with that which is desired outcome, positive self talk and encouragement instead. It is also a tool for deep relaxation and often feels like a deep meditation. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis so it is a very powerful tool to get out of our negative trance of worry and into a positive trance of relaxation and wellbeing.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach to hypnosis. It can help you overcome patterns of self-sabotage, low self-esteem, and other self-destructive behaviors that keep you stuck in habits that you have tried endlessly to shift. Often we find ourselves dis-empowered by our own eating habits. Have you tried to lose weight and keep going back to old eating habits? Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional eating, and daily patterns that keep you stuck in the same ways of dealing with your life situations?

Typically you need a couple of sessions to help you shift your habits. However, it is a very direct process that helps you access your inner wisdom and resources to find your own power to heal.

You will also find that you learn how to practice self-hypnosis to relax, control anxiety, and find new ways to self-soothe and deal with depression instead of using food as your only tool.

During a session of hypnotherapy you will find yourself being fully aware and in control while still being in a very relaxed state. This allows you to access your own inner tools and resources that help you make the changes you want, to live the life you want. All sessions are based on integrative counseling and hypnotherapy.

Pricing:

Each session is 90 min. – $200 per session, expect a 3-5 session process.
