A few simple guidelines to help you take control growing older or younger:
- Alkalize : The acid/alkaline balance is important for general health and wellbeing, the aging process, and more severe illness. It has been shown that a body that is too acidic is aging too fast and promotes lifestyle diseases such as cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis.
- Digestion : The immune system is weakened if the digestive system does not work. And a sluggish intestinal tract creates a sluggish body. To aid in the elimination process eat lots of fiber, drink plenty of water, and move daily.
- Choose food that is full of natural Energy by omitting processed and packaged food as much as possible and choose fresh, preferable organic, and good quality foods. Especially foods that have grown in the sun with the power of the earth and the oxygen of the air.
- Eat the SUPERFOODS that are packed with anti-oxidants, vitamins, nutrients, and minerals which is what your cell system needs for renewal.
- Get your Sleep and your Oxygen, which can also translate to rest and activity.
