The workshop is four Wednesdays
of 1-hour classes beginning January 31th at 7pm.

There will be surprise guest speakers on the calls, who will give ideas on choices other than food for a better metabolism.

Class 1:
What to add into your daily choices for a better metabolism.
This will include food, movement, and meditation. 

Class 2:
What we need to omit and limit in our daily foods.
The class will also talk about how we actually can let go
of these foods and what it is that is holding us back
from doing what we know would make us feel better. 

Class 3:
How do we deal with the days where we cannot live this way.
We will talk about how to handle social events, travel, and the stuff that is just out of the ordinary but very much part of our ordinary challenges.

Class 4:
How can we create a daily rhytme that enhances our metabolism
in a whole approach.
How to integrate all that stimulates your metabolism
and daily energy into a whole and new lifestyle.
