Where Wellness is Nurtured and Habits Change for Good
Life is a Work in Progress. Health is a Path for Life.

Our nourishment is so dear to us. From the moment we are born, we look for ways to be nourished and as we go through life we adapt to certain eating habits and self-care behavior patterns.

Essentially we all seek to avoid pain and find joy. The habits that come with that do not always serve us well. To make changes, we need to become aware of how our choices affect us and see how our physical and emotional habits keep us stuck.

In a world of stress, it is a challenge to live in our natural rhythm and be able to listen to our own body's wisdom. When we do, we are in touch with our true nature and needs for nourishment.

I believe we need to incorporate our emotional well-being when we change how we eat and live. As we learn to make new choices, we can slowly leave behind the habits that no longer serve us and we can live in a direct, powerful relationship with our "Self" and our nourishment, as well as those around us.

Learning a new perspective and taking a new approach, we can learn how to take better care of ourselves every day, live with more awareness, more choices, and more vitality.

PATH FOR LIFE is the difference between a diet plan and a plan for how to get a healthy and nourishing relationship to food, and to yourself. This is the difference between nutrition and nourishment.
