Become a Self-Care Master:

Living with high stress, anxiety, exhaustion and fear?

Many do today and learning how to take better care of ourselves can help. We can feel more emotionally stabile, have more energy, better mood, and less depression when we eat differently. Yes I know it sounds a bit too good to be true, but what you eat becomes the quality of your blood. Your hormones are affected by food and they in return affect how you feel and cope.

But it is not all about food. It is also important to learn practices that help you manage stress, new perspectives that help you regain your power, and self-awareness discoveries that help you uncover what keeps you back from living a life you love.

The Program is a 6 week Intensive.

You will learn to use food as a tool for achieving what you need to feel better and have optimal health.

You will discover a new relationship to yourself and those around you.

You will shift habits that no longer serve you.

You will learn practices that help you keep helping yourself going forward.

Sessions include integrative nutrition and nourishment counseling, coaching, hypnotherapy and guided imagery, meditation, and healing touch therapy.

Includes: A 2 hours get-started evaluation session, weekly 60 min. counseling and coaching sessions in person (or by phone if preferred), and 30 min weekly in-between coaching call minutes that you can use as you please,
2 meditation classes and 2 healing touch sessions.
