Many find themselves confused about what to eat, why and when. Caught in unhealthy food choices or emotional eating patterns. Knowing it is time to make a change, but not knowing where to begin. Making a change is a process. We can easily learn what to eat, but what makes us actually do so? It is not so simple. If it was we would. Most need both the knowledge and the support to change habits for good.
As we teach you about food and the choices you have for taking better care of yourself, you are guided on a journey to deepen your self-awareness and more fully experience what it means to truly nourish yourself. Nutrition and healthy eating is only part of what nurtures you. Mastery of how you live your life and how you feel is the wholeness understanding of how your daily food choices, eating patterns, self-care habits, self-talk and emotional wellness affect your health, both today and for your future healthy self.

Our nourishment is so dear to us. From the moment we are born we look for ways to feel nourished. When we are unhappy, confused, or frustrated we reach for food to soothe and calm us down. We often learn from childhood that food is a way to cope with our feelings. We learn to use food not as a tool for wellbeing but as a way to deal with anxiety and depression.
For many this becomes a struggle with emotional eating and binge disorder. For some it becomes the choices of wrong foods for our health and instead we feel tired, sluggish and overwhelmed. For some food becomes the enemy and cause eating disorders.We help change your habits & patterns around food, work & play to achieve lasting health & recovery.

PFL is a source of learning and experiencing the wellness-effects of changes in food and self-care habits. One single healing factor, that is within our power, is our food choices. The second most healing factor is how we deal with stress, anxiety, emotions, and fear; often resulting in emotional eating and a depletion of our health. Thirdly, our choices of activities and practices of self-care. These are the 3 circles of healing that PFL provides.
Our goal is for you to be in charge of your health & live with:
